Hard at work with off-season strength and conditioning work as well as speed, agility, and quickness, the Panthers are finally back on the gridiron. Players and coaches are working to install basic mechanics and schematics to prepare them for a productive summer in preparation for the upcoming fall season!
Thank you to The Rotary Club of North Vernon for their generous donation of $1,000 to the JCHS football team. Thank you also to Rotarians Paul Lamm and Tyler Gerkin for the instrumental role they played in securing the gift.
Four Panthers were recently named to The Republic All-Area Football Team. Senior Jared Corya led the JCHS honorees with as a First Team selection. Corya had 65 catches for 990 yards and 10 TDs in 2019. Lance Bailey (Sr. – QB), Owen Miller (Sr. – RB), and Jaydan Vanosdol (Sr. – K/P) were Honorable Mention
